 Every year thousands are scalded by untempered lavatory fixtures. Our new line of LavSafe™ thermostatic faucets provide an efficient, streamlined solution to this problem.

Series 1070 and P1070 LavSafe thermostatic faucets feature an advanced thermal actuator to provide the latest in thermal protection. The single-lever cartridge, with integral ceramic discs, provides both temperature and volume control. LavSafe automatically mixes hot and cold water to deliver pre-set water within a specific range. In the event of cold water failure, the thermal actuator virtually shuts off the flow of hot water. LavSafe is listed to ASSE 1070, IAPMO cUPC, and NSF 61 Section 9 Annex G.     

 

 

WATTS RBFF RESIDENTIAL BOILER FILL FITTING

Series RBFF provides a convenient solution to comply with boiler manufacturers' piping requirements and provide ease of service for expansion tanks and water pressure regulator valves in closed loop hot water heating systems. Series AS-MB Microbubble Air Separator is designed for efficient separation and elimination of entrained air in hydronic heating systems. No minimum inlet/outlet piping length is required for proper operation. This series features a durable brass body construction, corrosion-resistant polyphenylsulfone (PPSU) coalescing media that withstands petroleum based cleaners, glycol anti-freeze and temperatures up to 240 degrees F and a fully serviceable design for inspection and cleaning.
